Bitmap font edition support?

Could you add option to create/edit monotype bitmap fonts? It would be slight modification of the tile system, only in "view tile IDs" characters, not tile numbers would be shown (each tile ID would correspond to an ASCII character). This would be really helpful as I wouldn't have to either remember or have on hand entirety of an ascii table, thank you in advance.

Also, would be cool that you could set "ASCII offset" when creating the font so e.g. tile 0 would = ASCII 32 (space)
