Groups , moving stuff around, custom shortcuts?

So the most annoying thing is definitely the lack of organization in the layers tab. Groups would be really useful. Then when selecting layer and holding ctrl key I should be able to move everything on that layer without having to select it right? And there is no shortcut customization. All in all it's really good software but some of the staff it's missing is really critical. These were the most obvious ones to me.
