I'm learning graphics programming and I've gotten to the point where I can import textures and
do well enough to make objects move but whenever I export to .bmp there is a red dot in the left corner.

Hi HDthunder

I can confirm this, It's in the bottom left corner.
There is not much we can do about but thanks for reporting it.
@Danik are you aware of this?

not sure if I can use pyxel edit for sprites because importing .PNG when doing OpenGL is kinda hard would like to stick to a easy file format to import which is .bmp while learning.

I also confirm it. I was crazy debugging my code until I checked the .bmp with an image editor.

I'm also having this issue, writing a game in B/W for a graphing calculator and there's a red dot in the bottom left corner of every .bmp file. The tools i am using for this platform don't support other file formats, making Pyxel Edit useless for me (at least for this platform where i've got to use .bmp)...
