Improve moving tiles

Hi, love your program but working with tiles is a bit bothering sometimes.

I'd like to have special tool to select tiles (like the double click w/ the selection tool now who can be a bit hard to manipulate), move them tile by tile (right now we only have "free movement") and more importantly: create blank tile between two tiles to make in-between frames more easily .
