Registration Key Issue

Hello :)

I have Pyxel Edit up and running on my Surface, however when I attempt to activate it on my desktop I get an 'invalid key' error message.

I am confident I am doing everything right and have followed the Google Doc process to double check

I have checked the FAQ and it says that I can use the software on multiple computers without issue.

Can anybody help? I am unsure how to progress?
