Yes, you can. You can do that by going to the "Color" option menu (at the top!) and then by selecting the "export palette to image"!

Is there a way to save and name a color palette?
I see that there's "Add Preset" in the color menu drop down. How would I add a new preset to the menu?

The list of presets is hard coded for now, but as Auxilium says you can export as a PNG which you can then import.
