Objects on particular layer move to another layer by themselves

When working with layers and objects on each layer, I've noticed bug when object jumps from one layer to another. When I move object on one layer using Selection tool, then (without deselecting just moved object) I immediately switch to another layer, moved objects dissapears from its layer and jumps to selected layer.
