[0.3.109PR4] Ctrl+Drag resize no longer works.

As the title says. In the most recent version the Ctrl+Drag resize of the pen tool doesn't work. I don't know if this is truly a bug or not, the changelog does not mention removing the feature.

I can confirm this, and it is broken in build 0.3.194PR3 too. Nothing happens when the shortcut is used.
