I was wondering how I could move a selection that I made one pixel at a time. At this point, I can move the selection outline by a pixel by using the arrow keys, but not what is in the selection itself. I tried holding control and all too. Any ideas?

Hi twonty2 You have to transform your selection to move the object. You enter transform select mode by holding "Ctrl + T" (win) and "CMD + T" (OS X). Holding Ctrl and dragging should also make you able to move your object though. Afterwards you should be able to use the arrow keys to move your selection.
