No the colour changing tool is not able to change multiple shades of the same color, you'll have do replace each of them individually.
Can pixel edit change the colour of all shades of a colour at once while keeping the shade intact?

Say i have a blue thing i want to be red.
Can the colour change tools be used to make the blue into red, including multiple different shades at once, or do i have to fiddle about changing every shade of blue one at a time?
It kinda gets out of hand when you start using more than 4 or 5 shades of a colour and want to quickly try out a bunch of stuff or make multiple characters in team colours and such.
