This is really a small one. I often work in ratios like 4:3 or 16:9, but with different resolutions. I found a dashboard-helper once in a while on the web, where you can enter your ratio, and then you width or height and it calculates the according width or height.
Having this at "new image" would be a small, but a nice improvement from my point of view. =)
