So as I like to test stuff out in my games a lot, I have to export stuff to my non-pyxel graphics folder and import it in Game maker. Pyxel edit forgets where I have saved .png-files, so I have to manually search it every time, and it takes extra time. I suggest you teach the program to remember where animations, spritesheets and other are located, and when exporting it goes to the right place.

I might be wrong (someone correct me if I am) but I think I read somewhere that this was going to be added in the next update. Actually I'm quite certain I made the exact same suggestion in a previous thread.
Edit:

Yes Vedioboy is correct, it has already been implemented but is only available in the pre-beta release. Without knowing when Danik will release it for the public, you could try to contact him and opt-in for the beta.

Me too, haha: http://pyxeledit.com/forum/discussion/358/keep-track-of-export-location-filename Must be a really popular suggestion.
But yeah, OP, definitely get in on the pre-release beta.

I doubt we are the only ones lol. Does anyone know when the new update is officially coming out? I'm excited, this is a great piece of software.

Unfortunately no... not to my knowledge at least. The last thing i heard from Danik was that he had barely worked on PE for a few months but that was some time ago... though he did say in a thread from september that he would try to get it out before 2016, so If everything is going by schedule with the project he's been busy with at work, maybe it'll happen.
The project at work has a planned release in the beginning of December, so assuming we hit that date I will try my best to get the next release out before 2016.
