Hello,

I got the paid version today, but after i installed the program opens and instantly freezes. All became white and some rare times i can use the menu, but nothing else works. I cant even paste my key on it.

My adobe air is the last version.

Hi Agarcia

One question first, have you recently formatted and reinstalled windows on your pc? assuming that you are on windows.

Now with that question out of the way, there is one thing i would like you to try.

Locate the pyxeledit config file and remove it. It happens for unknown reasons that PE sometimes corrupts the config on the first launch, which makes the program crash or start but become unusable, like it sounds with your case.

You should be able to find the config here on windows:

C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\

and here on OSX

/Users/YourName/Library/"Application Support"/PyxelEdit/
