No unfortunately that is not possible yet, it will likely become possible at some point, but for now you'll have to import it every time you want to use it.

I'm mostly working with the same color palette. Every time I work with a new image I have to manually import my color palette again, which is really annoying.
Could an option for this be added, or is there a trick?

Aww too bad, hope this gets added soon. Super annoying as it is right now xD
