Simple way to change a colour used?

Hi, I made a tile set. Now I've noticed the contrast between two colours isn't high enough. I want to change one of the colours to a darker scale. Is there a way to do this in a simple way or do I have to get the colour I want to use and use the paint bucket in every freaking tile I have made? I really hope there is a shortcut. Thank you.

Hi Delah

Yes you can do this with "replace current color" which is located in the Color tab.
Select the color you want to change, click on the "Color" tab and choose "replace current color".
The color you choose will change all the pixels with that specific color instantly, it does however not change the color in the "Tiles" window, so remember to add it there too.
