layer transparency bug

hi, when i try to paint with alpha in a new layer, some of the tiles goes wrong.....

Yes transparent drawing in the old beta is glitchy. Sorry about that. If you can, only use 100% opacity.

Transparent drawing is currently not implemented in the current version, but will be implemented properly when I have the time.
