[Bug] Color picker through Alt not working

When I try to use the color picker by holding Alt, the mouse pointer changes to the color picker alright, but it does not actually work. Color picking only works when I manually select the tool. (0.3.101 on Ubuntu)

I discovered that one can color-pick by right clicking when the pen tool is selected. Perhaps it is enough to tweak the relevant tooltips.

Yea, you can use right click, but Alt should still work. When I have the chance I will boot up my Ubuntu VM and see if I can reproduce it.
