A Color Cycling Feature would be very nice

I would like to see a colour cycling feature added to Pyxel, very similar to the late and great DeluxePaint on the Amiga. It would be very helpful when creating water effects and subtle background effects. I am sure lots of users would like to see a feature such as this. I for one would like to use this feature in some of my pixel art. It was a pretty standard effect back in the day. Check out the link below to get an example of what I mean. Thanks for reading!

Ohh an interesting technique which i haven't heard of before, but looking at the demos clearly shows that it is possible to do some amazing things. It would be very cool to see such feature in PE indeed, but it seems to be a pretty advance technique though. Never the less +1 should it ever find its way to the TODO list.

The guy also released his engine as Open Source it seems, that would be a valuable thing to note too.
