Hi, I am currently looking to buy pyxel and use it.

I got two questions before I do however:

1.) Does pyxel support an art tablet?

2.) Is it true that pyxel picks the shades of colour automatically for you, allowing you for easy pixel shading, or do you have to create your own palette with each shade and apply it manually.

Hi and welcome DrageoN

I'll try my best to answer your questions :)

1. Yes, although there is no pressure sensitivity, it works just like your mouse.

2. Yes sorta, PyxelEdit has this great feature where, when you have chosen a colour you like, you can open the colour panel where you are easily able to adjust to good corresponding colours for, for example shading. You also have Lightness/Value, Saturation and Hue, so you have a great opportunity to gather some good looking colours for direct use or for your palette without too much effort.

This is how the colour panel looks like:

I hope that answered your questions
see you aboard soon ;)
