Can i import a .xcf file format (Gimp)?

Or at least some sort or alternative so i don't have to recreate all layers from scratch.

No, at the moment you can only import images with extension jpg, png, gif.

Hopefully the developer will be able to add support for more extensions in the future, namely psd for photoshop users and xcf for gimp users.
