Hotkeys not stop working randomly (Mac)

At random time hotkeys stop working.

After minimising then maximising the Pyxel window, it recovers and hotkeys works again.

This bug is really annoying.

Does this happen with all hotkeys or only some specific ones? I have used PE on my macbook for quite some time now, but I have never experienced this bug.

Which OS X version are you using?
