Invalid Activation Key

Hi,

I have just purchased a Pyxel Edit license, but I get the "Invalid Activation Key" error every time I try to copy / past my key in the activation window. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi there,

The key seems to work on this end. Did you try to right/ctrl click and choosing paste? It seems like some versions of the Air framework have problems with copying and pasting text using keyboard shortcuts. Also make sure you copy the whole thing, including ---- BEGIN ---- etc.

Thanks for your fast answer.

The probleme is that I have the Invalid "Activation Key message" when I try to past with the keyboard shortcut but when I try to use the right click context menu, I don't have any option usable to be able to past the key...

By the way, my Adobe Air version is 16.0.0.245 on a Windows 8.1 Pro 64bits system.

Hi Again,

I've found a solution to my licence key problem, I've downloaded the Portable version (where I can Copy / Past my Activation Key), so now the air version is licensed too :D
