Second instance of Pyxel

Is there a way to start a second instance of Pyxel? I've got a dual monitor setup and would like to edit two different files simultaneously (one backgrounds, one characters), with one on each screen.

Normally just running the .exe should open a second instance, but it seems Pyxel is doing something to defeat this.

Unfortunately Adobe Air only allows one instance per application, although there are ways to get around it by creating multiple windows manually (which adds complexity). Since it's possible to open multiple documents in one instance I haven't spent time trying to do that, but I can see how it would be useful for some workflows so if it's wanted by many people I might look into it.

No worries. It looks like I should be able to work around it: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2217307/starting-an-adobe-air-application-multiple-times — it will not share settings and will break auto updates for the second copy of the app, but I can live with that.
