Thanks Mixxy. There is no text tool planned currently, but I see no reason why it couldn't be added in the future.

I don't really know the technical implications of this request, but I was wondering if any sort of Text tool was in planning? It's not really a critical feature, but as far as quality of life, it'd be great for mass-producing placeholder icons. Personally, I'd be happy if it had one font with color and opacity control. Anything past that is a bonus.
Also, unrelated but I just discovered the new addition to the color picker (it might be new, I've never noticed it before) where it gives you shading, lightness, saturation and hue palettes, and I must say that is the most brilliant feature yet. 10/10
