I can approve this behaviour, happens for me too.

Layer > Options (cogwheel icon) > Blend mode
When select opens, it's impossible to browse option with scroll thumb. Arrows are working and it's scroll-able (mouse wheel), but scroll thumb can't be used with stylus for example - it will just shut down the select drop down.
