[0.3.108] Frame Edit panel problem

When changing frames in the Frame Edit panel when in anyt zoom other than default, the workspace in the panel will zoom and scroll away completely, requiring to press "zoom to fit" in order to get the workspace back. Sometimes it happens with default zoom as well.

Testing some more this problem is really annoying. I'll make it a priority to fix it before the next release.
