New version mail screw up

I made a mistake sending out a notification mail to 200 users. The mails inadvertantly contained the contents of the previous mails, including license links. I immediately took the site offline so that the pages of the affected users couldn't be accessed while I fixed the issue.

The keys were changed, and the owners have been sent the new links.

Thanks to @zenmumbler for notifying me of the mistake so quickly!
