Icons got smaller

While I was using pyxeledit, I didn't even touch the window, but the window shrunk and the icons got smaller. I change it back to the full screen and use it, but the size of the icons had become so small that it's hard to use it. Why did this happen?

When I changed the size of the program screen with the window and arrow keys, the size of the icons increased again and then became very small again.
