I didn't see any link for me in my gmail

Digite sua mI didn't see any link for me, it just came an email from the link confirming my gmail, already in every corner, if there was any email in the trash, in the spam box or on saleensagem,and still my gmail is not valid when entering the download page, I would like some help.
