Multiple tile sizes in one document?

Is it possible? I'm working on a game which utilizes some 32x32 tiles for many of the ground textures, but uses 16x32 tiles for path edge tiles. At the moment, I have to break everything down to 16x16 tiles, but it's a pain to have to copy multiple tiles across the document to get a mockup of what would otherwise be larger format tiles.
