PyxelEdit fullscreen window is not 100% on windows

Hi! I've experienced this problem with both windows 10 and windows 11. 

When PyxelEdit window is fullscreen, if you drag your mouse as far up as you can with intention to click on the top of the PyxelEdit window, it will instead click on another program or desktop outside of PyxelEdit, and focus it. 

This is somewhat annoying and I've experienced it since two year back if not more, no change so far.
