uninstall and install the program or make new project and copy/paste title to title does not solve the problem.

Hi.
I dont know if I am doing something wrong or this is a bug, I cant use "Animation frame range tool". I try almost everything before post this but I cant unlock this tool in the current work. I used before in other with no problem. This is a bug or its my fault? Thanks

I solve the problem, its not a bug. I just need to create and Animation in Animations tab. Its my fault but the text of the error its not clear to say what i am doing wrong (consider this to improve the tool).
I cant delete this but an admin can delete if see that its not need this post here
