Purchased not working yet I was charged

Hello, I just made a purchase of the Pyxel Edit software using my Revolut account, the money's were taken from the account but at the same time the webpage stated that: "Your card number and postal code do not match." and could not complete the purchase, yet my revolut shows money's were taken.
The order id: XDBG7WM893A8X
Please help.
