Any Resource packs where i can learn to pixel art? (Chrakter, Map ..)

How i Thread sayd, i looking for a Resource pack to learn pixel art.. like charakter design and map.. That only packs i found are not high quality and too old.

Have you considered just looking at other works? Try screenshots of SNES era games, or even sprite rips from them. Be deconstructive!
