How to use onion skin?

I apologize if this has been asked before, but I searched and couldn't find an answer that matches what I see. I have a test animation set up and I'm in the Frame Edit window, but I don't see any icons or options to show onion skin. Does this feature still exist?

Hey, just checked in 0.4.9 and it still exists, yes.
The UI doesn't block you from resizing in such a way that would obscure the buttons.
Drag the Frame Edit window so that it's wider, the onion skin options are just to the right of the UI shown in your pic
