I'm using Pyxel on Manjaro via WINE.
The trick is to not use the 64bit windows version - use the 32bit version instead.
When I have to install Pyxel I usually use the default installer (64bit) to get the shortcuts in system menu (can be added by hand as well) and the copy/paste the content of the 32bit .zip file into the installation directory.
