Pyxel Edit being on Steam

As a young game-maker group, Pyxel Edit is the best map editor we could find. I saw the Steam icon on the "get" page, but when I searched Steam today, it wasn't there. It is due to Greenlight issues, I think; but is there any possible way that Pyxel can be available on Steam again???
