In Pyxel Edit 0.4.8 on Windows 10 (64bit) both Flip options don't work.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Select some region
2. Use Flip option eighter thru MeinMenu or by Ctrl-T / Ctrl-F
Expected result -> Flip oprtation is performed
Actual Result -> nothing happens
