my wacom intuos pro isin't working well

something weird is happening to either my tablet or the pen im not sure every time i want to make a stroke it stops an draws again like a little invisible bump but ther's no bump its on the midle of the tablet rawing area, i tried changing my pens tip but it wasn't the issue, i tried using other pens, still the same i tried using my tablet on other pc or laptops, didin't change a thing i even uninstalled and installed it back still didin't work at this point i don't know what to do anymore... 
any suggestions or ideas ?
