I just picked up PE, is there any pro-tips that may help me transition from Aseprite?

I just got PE this morning, I'm really impressed and wish I'd picked it up sooner. It does everything Aseprite just can't when it comes to tiles, it's increased my efficiency a lot and I haven't even learned much yet.

Are there any pro-tips or concepts that I should know that a beginner to PE may not? Thanks!
