Small Bug with Getting a Pure White Color

First of all, I love this app. Everything feels so well thought out and it just works beautifully.

But I have one small problem: when I'm changing my pen color, and I pull the cursor all the way down and left, the color it selects is RBG (254, 254, 254). Why not RGB (255, 255, 255), pure white? I'm pretty sure this is just an oversight in the code, so hopefully it can be patched with little effort.
