Scrolling with a trackpad/mousewheel scrolls all visible windows instead of just the front one

In this screenshot http://cl.ly/Qz3k scrolling with the trackpad will scroll both the help window and the canvas.

Steps to reproduce:

- open any Pyxel Edit document

- open the help window on top of the canvas

- scroll with trackpad/mouse wheel and both windows get the input

Thanks, this is solved in the latest build since I switched over from my own UI lib to Aswing.
