Closed a window, can't figure out how to get it back

I was drawing and I don't remember why but at some point I closed the colour palette window, I cant figure out how to get it back, I tried importing from an image but that didn't help, I also tried adding a colour to the palette from the colour picker but that didn't do anything either. I've tried every option in every drop down menu but nothing helps, not the add presets or anything, in my frustration I ended up closing all the windows, my tools, colour picker, preview window, etc. As of right now I can't really do anything with the program, save for filling tiles with a single shade of red.

Is this the old free version of the program? In the later versions you shouldn't be able to close windows, only collapse them. You can try clearing the application settings from the storage directory, which you'll find here:

Windows: C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\PyxelEdit or similar.
You can enter %appdata% as the path in windows explorer to find the Roaming folder quickly.

Mac: /Users/[username]/Library/Application Support/PyxelEdit or similar.
