Unless I'm mistaken, there doesn't seem to be a way to reorder layers (other then manually copying and pasting stuff into the appropriate layers).
So: re-ordering layers would be an excellent addition to PyxelEdit.

Hi,
You should be able to drag and drop to reorder layers.. unless there's a bug stopping you.

It appears to be a bug. I can now move layers around no problem.
At the time I seem to remember the layers all disappearing and the reappearing at a certain point, so that may have something to do with it (and I`m not yet sure how to repro the dissappearing layers bug, sorry).
