Tablet Issue?

I'm having this strange issue only on Pyxel Edit. I draw a stroke and it's as if it gets stuck and refuses to draw until I lift my pen - then it releases a jagged line. I'm drawing on a wacom cintiq display and this is very frustrating. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
