Moving inside map

Hi,

Working with PE I think that it would be nice to be able to move in the map area with the cursor keys.
For example if there is no selection the cursor keys can move in all directions.
Cursor Keys+Shift to move faster.
Page Up/Down to move in screen height steps (today it switches between the layers).
Control+Home / Control+End to move to top / bottom of map.
