It seems very weird to me that a drawing program is locked into HSL as default while other common art programs have the default set to HSV. I can't find anything on how to change it so i assume it's impossible? It's very hard to work with for my coloring process.
Does anyone know of a way to circumvent this? Maybe a program you can run by the side that chooses colors via HSV and gives me the values so i atleast can type them into pyxel edit

Is it the color picking part that you are missing, that you'd like the layout of the colors in the box to be more like this:

or would you also want to be able to set HSV values directly?

The color picking part is the thing i'm missing the most like that exact box. Because a lot of ways to color follows a curve like this in HSV:
