Tile resize not resizing all pixels

Hi, first of all I would like to say that Pyxel edit is one of the most practical software I encountered lately and I can't wait for the next update to be honest.

Now back to the bug, it seems that when I resize the tile(s) it kinda excludes certain pixels, here is a screen recording so that you can see what's it all about:
