Macbook failed, now I need the windows version. How to download again?

I've been using pixel edit on my mac and I love it!  But in December the Macbook broke and is beyond repair.
Thankfully I'd backed up my projects, but I had to replace the mac with a win7 PC in the meantime.
Is it possible to download the win7 version?  I didn't know where to look thats all, if any admin or signpost towards where to ask is available it'd be great. 
Can't wait to finish my crazy Atari ST style visuals!  :-)
