Multiple color palette system.

Hello there !

First keep the good work on Pyxel edit ! It's a very great tool !

I'm running into headaches each time I must redraw my scene to a different Color (Night & Day for example). So, I thought about a system that could simplify this.

Basically, it would be a multiple color palette system.

1 - Create your Color palette & arrange it like you wish. Draw your Scene / Tileset.
2 - Duplicate this Color palette and Start to modify the colors.
3 - We are good to choose which Color palette we want to apply to our Scene / tileset.

It' a kind of massive color replacement tool.
